N2 Spray Solutions has immediate openings for Paint Technicians to represent the revolutionary Nitrothermspray or Nitro Heat Technology. These technologies are two of the most innovative technologies to be offered in the finishing industry in the last several years.
N2 Spray Solutions is a small but fast growing company that provides the successful candidate with the opportunity for accelerated advancement in a dynamic environment. The pay structure includes a base salary, bonus potential and commissions.
The successful individual should have experience in spray painting either automobiles, wood, marine equipment, airplanes or any other objects that require a coating, be willing to travel when necessary, and have the ability to provide impeccable service to our customers. Experience in dealing with upper management and the ability to communicate with other paint technicians is critical.
Purpose of Job:
This position is responsible for developing a certification training program and providing technical painting expertise to our Distributors who provide product demonstrations and customer installations of the Nitrothermspray or Ntiro Heat Technologies. Experience in industries that utilize the spraying of coatings such as Marine, Woodworking, Aviation, Industrial and Automotive is helpful. However we are willing to look at anyone who has the desire to learn a new skill in this current environment.
Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
Responsible for performing technical painting as required for demonstrations, testing and training..
Responsible for developing and conducting the technical paint training certification at Nitrothermspray and or Nitro Heat Distributors.
Responsible for identifying and documenting the ideal settings for our technologies and any application considerations for the specific coatings product the End User utilize.
Responsible for identifying the ideal conditions for all coatings products through the R & D testing of our technology with potential end users, environmental agencies and coatings manufacturers.
Responsible for assisting in the installation of equipment in the field as requested and resolving any technical coatings questions as required.
Requires a thorough understanding of the Nitrothermspray and Nitro Heat Spray Painting Technologies and applications.
Successful candidates will complete certified field training in delivery, installation and service of the Nitrothermspray and or Nitro Heat Technologies.
Successful candidates have the ability to evaluate the compressed air capacity and quality required for the successful use of the Nitrothermspray and or Nitro Heat Technologies.
Requires the ability to communicate with Plant Management, Finish Line Supervisors and Painters.
Strong relationship building skills required.
Excellent Communication Skills and Team skills are important.
Customer Service oriented a must.
