Here are some of the most Frequently Asked Questions regarding the Nitrogen Spray Painting Technologies:

Q Do I need an air compressor to use Nitrogen Spray Technology?

A Yes, the Nitrogen Technology does not radically change your existing plant and can be easily integrated. The traditional paint carrier or compressed air is replaced by a perfect fluid carrier (Nitrogen, Argon, and or Carbon Dioxide). Compressed air is needed to supply the nitrogen generator.

Q How much volume of the modified fluid carrier does the Nitrogen Technology produce?

A It depends how many painting stations there are. For example, if one spray gun consumes 15 CFM, the appropriate generator is one of Nitrothermspray's J-20 (with an optional built-in receiver tank) which produces 20 CFM of the modified carrier fluid. In the Case of the Nitro Heat Technology one generator will handle 2 spray stations.

Q What maintenance does the Nitrogen Spray Technology require?

A There is no need for any particular kind of maintenance apart from the inlet air filters, which need to be changed once a year or when the indicator of the gauge reach the red area.

Q How much does it cost to produce nitrogen using the Nitrogen Spray Technology equipment?

A With all factors considered it costs less than that of compressed air.

Q Does the Nitrogen Spray Technology equipment alter the chemical formula in the paint?

A Absolutely not as all of the Nitrogen Spray Technologies eliminate all of the variables in the current process.

Q Could I obtain better transfer efficiency of the paint by just heating it?

A Yes, However the benefits are not complete because heat is not the only factor in the Nitrogen Spray technology.  The  use of Nitrogen itself produces the maximum results that can only be achieved with the entire process.

Q Instead of using the Nitrogen Technology can I heat compressed air and have the same benefits?

A Heating the compressed air, will show some benefit if the air is absolutely without moisture, However it is only a small portion of the technology. The total control of the fluid carrier is the only way to completely eliminate variables.

Q If I dry and filter the compressed air do I have the same benefits as those of the Nitrogen Spray Painting equipment?

A No, you would just have dry filtered air. With the Nitrogen Spray Technologies you have the perfect fluid carrier, in that it is dried, filtered, total temperature controlled, and charged for total control of polarity.

Q
Do I need more fluid carrier generators creating nitrogen if I have more than one painting station?

A No, to know how much perfect fluid carrier gas is needed you calculate how many CFM of carrier fluid is used during the painting process. Once we have this information, we know the size or number of the generators that you need depending on which technology meets your needs best. For example, if there are two painting stations the generator can be one Nitrothermspray J-20  generator (with an option built-in receiver tank) and one Top Spray.  In the case of the Nitro Heat Technology you would need 1 Nitro Heat Generator.

Q  Is there any other company in the United States that sells the Nitrogen technology?

A  N2Spray Solutions is the only company that has the knowledge and right to market any of the current Nitrogen Spray Technologies.  This is a huge advantage to your business as you get an honest evaluation of your needs and the technology that fits your specific needs the most effectively.
